Double-sided mirrors - where to get

    Hi,

I've got a fitted wardrobe that has four doors with glass panels (about 2ftx4ft ish). The original setup when I moved in was that they were covered by lacey curtains - very funeral parlourish.

I'm thinking of replacing them with double-sided mirrors i.e. reflective on both sides. I haven't seen these around anywhere so I have a couple of questions -

    1. Can you get these custom made - do you have to ?
    2. If so where do you get them and how expensive are they likely to be ?

    thanks for any tips

Never heard of such a thing tbh. Anyway, even if they did exist, the silvering layer would somehow have to be sandwiched between two pieces of glass, so in effect, it'd be just the same as two mirrors glued back to back. The combination would be twice as thick as a standard pane of glass though, so might be difficult to mount in the "frame" in the doors depending on how it's mounted.
