    I was doing squats last year but I'm trying to keep at a steady enough weight for the aul boxing, was mostly doing pullups the past while but now need to move into doing the odd bit of weights.

    That's cool that you are boxing, are you very close to the weight though? What was wrong with the bar? Still can't believe they only have one barbell, going to complain about that tomorrow. Im doing an MA, culture and colonialism.

    You need to use something like www.imageshack.us click the browse button, select the file, click host it, wait a few seconds, select one of the url's it gives you and post it in a pm.

    Not too many posh people in NUI. Very laid back. But I know very few people from GMIT so can't really make a comparison...
