Returning a voda modem outside of trial period

    Lads

    My mate has a voda modem and its around 3 days outside the 2 week trial, he wants to quit the contract as he will be leaving the country soon.

    He rung voda but no joy, can he cancel the dd mandate with his bank?

    He did not realise he had just a 2 week grace period, he thought he had a month.?

    He'll either have to buy himself out of the contract, or sweet talk someone in Vodafone to extend the grace period.
