Is it the flying Lanterns you're looking for or just the hanging ones?

This place sells the flying ones and ships to Ireland : http://www.montessori-material.de/

Alternativly, you could try having a look around Moore St. or Parnell St. , theres quite a few Chinese shops around the area.

They look amazing. Just out of pure interest, what's it for Jeff? Wedding, kids party?

    Kids wedding actually! :p

Nah - going to use them in a short film hopefully.

Just be careful where you let them off - after watching what was most likely a commemorative moment as a family let one off near the dodder, and it blew into 3 or 4 cars and trees and across the road towards houses - mourning or not, if it had hit anything belonging to us they'dve heard about it :P

Yeah, sounds cool. How many are you letting off?

Not sure how many yet. It'll depend on a few things - probably going to have to go and look for permits from the Gardai and all that malarkey too.

Will report back if it goes ahead (but won't report back if we set something/someone on fire by accident!)
