Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Asia planning its own Eurovision

    It has been announced that countries across Asia are to battle it out in their own version of the Eurovision Song Contest.

    Digitalspy reports it is expected that up to 15 countries will participate in the competition when it takes place next year. The organisers of the Asiavision Song Contest said "the universal language of music will help bring people closer together".

    Countries which will take part include India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Pakistan, the Philippines, Cambodia, South Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore.

    Asiavision head Andreas Gerlach said "Its people love popular music and have strong national pride. The song contest is a friendly competition between cultures."

    My vote goes to the Hinoi Team. :D

    Feck sake, it's exactly like Eurovision - only the eastern countries get to take part.

    What the great nations of Western Asia, like Iran, Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan?? Asia are bloc voting before the contest has even started :(
