    Hard drives are very cheap nowadays and be gotten in a lot of places, Peats, dixons, pc world, komplett, dabs.ie to name a few

    That's very expensive, unless it's got more than a simple USB connection on it. They are between €65-89 for a 500GB depending on where you go.

    there's a 500gb on sale in reads for €99 at the moment. check maplins on jervis street. they're usually good for external drives!
