I used to have that bathroom thing but I'm over it now, I think it depends on your house though - my current house and my last house has/had no bad vibes in them so I've nothing like that going on. My old house was another story I'm convinced an old lady died unhappily in the back room, I could feel her shuffling around the landing.
My mums house is full on haunted though, some nice spirits, some no so nice - a friend of mine got walloped in the leg while staying over one night! massive bruise the next day and there was no one near her to do it in their sleep! :cool:0 -

Nah my room was the worst for some reason, I had an old man in a rocking chair in the corner at one stage, he was nasty.
But on the other hand one summer when our back door lock was broken, my mum would leave for work early, then a few hours later me or my brother would surface and when we checked the back door it would be bolted from the inside, so someone was looking out for us
I think stuff like that is going on around us all the time but you can choose to tune in or ignore it, I choose ignore most of the time!
A while ago I was having a REALLY ****ty time amd not sleeping over it, one night I finally got to sleep and all night I dreamt of one thing, this weird old fashioned whistle nestled in some navy fabric.
The next day my mum called to say nana had dropped her down something of my late grandads she had found while tidying up and wanted my mum to have - I asked was it a whistle on a chain by any chance and she said yes! He was a policeman and it was from his uniform. I asked was it in a navy bag she said no but his uniform was navy so that explains that.
She gave me the whistle, she figured grandad wanted me to have it. I take it out of the drwer when Im sad and it makes me feel close to him.

I really felt he was looking out for me, basically the whistle incident prompted my mum to tell me something my grandad had told her years ago - she had totally forgotten it til that day. Not getting into it here but basically it helped me a lot 0
