VRT on a commercial vehicle

    I started going through the VRT info on the charter thread but my brain went to sleep after a couple of pages.

    I am looking at a passanger 4x4 in the UK but I want to commercialise it and bring it over here (take out the back windows and seats) The reason is spec and price.

    Where can I get information on what needs to be done? Will I have to get it done over there and registered as a commercial or can I bring it over here and do it? will I still pay the vrt as a passanger vehicle or will it be cheaper for a commercial? I have looked at the ROS website and couldnt find anything in the FAQs.
    I'd be grateful if somebody that knows abit more about this could help me out.

    Give Ivan O Kelly a shout in O Kellys At the airport . 01-8322206. He can do the conversion work and all the paperwork and just give you back the jeep ready to go. He's a nice guy to deal with ..
