Vodafone network problem?

Is anyone on Vodafone experiencing problems when sending texts? I seem to be able to receive but keep getting an error message whenever I try to send a text. Signal strength is OK.

First remove your battery and sim and turn back on the phone, if that fails to cure the problem call Vodafone customer care...
