This show is a disgrace. I don't remember the last time i've cringed so much watching a TV show.

These apprentices are absolutely terrible! I seriously doubt any of them held positions of any prestige in their previous roles..

Also - wtf was with that pitch? I would have fired the lot of them if they came to me with those embarrassing pitch. That was a lesson in how NOT to pitch for business.

I'm sure it was deliberate. A clear case of thinking outside the envelope.

    LOL

Terrible pitch by both of them, I'm just gonna watch this show to decide if I should watch the rest of them. Never really watched it before and probably won't after those pitches.

It's real car crash tv. I'm only hoping there will actually be a real car crash at some point.

That's how they got the money to make it.
Basically they get these companies to sponsor them for financing the show in return for advertising. BBC is banned from doing advertising so that's why that's different.

Same producers are apparently making a new Irish version of Dragon's Den.
I was kinda looking forward to it but not really after watching 20 minutes of this show.

Didn’t see the first episode – but my word – what a bunch of amateurs.
Maybe they’re all this show can attract – because for people who are a third as competent as this shower of donkeys claim to be, there are better jobs in Ireland with more potential than working with this small-time super-schmuck.

And I can tell you one thing – people who run those companies wouldn’t piss on these folk once this show finishes.

Bless them and their willingness to be shown up for our pleasure though – like an Algerian promised a job and a visa only to be found whoring themselves out – I can only sympathise.

    Load. Of. Pants.

Some very nice blouses won by the girls tonight...got my attention :D

The lads are very weak. Shockingly bad and seem to be quite immature too (e.g. robbing the fruit last week and taking the adidas signs tonight).

And they all have lovely bottoms.

Hope Mark goes. People who wear brown shoes with a suit are ****ers.

I missed the first half again but it doesn't sound like I've missed much.

The guy on the left in the boardroom annoys me.

This show is a total joke!
I can't believe he fired that guy purely because he made the mistake of putting an Adidas sign at the event!

Mark should have gone. He's a whinger, he's aggro, he doesn't pull his weight and he puts the blame on everyone else.

  • Registered Users Posts: 409 ✭✭NotInventedHere

....and truth be told it was probably the shows producers who put him up to it in order to get even more product-plugs on the show.

Cullen : Why did ya put de Adidas posters all over de place?
Rentboy#7 : Dat fella over there behind the camera told me to, so he did.

They picked the wrong guy. The fella who was caught wearing what looked like a minging blue dressing gown on the morning of the challenge should have been turfed out on his ear there and then!! :D
