Vent/Irc/Teamspeak etc dropping every few mins since upgrade?

    Attenuation 9/8

    SNR Margins upstream : 15db
    downstream : 25db

    Every so often my irc disconnects, ventrilo same, teamspeak2 the same etc.
    Strange this is games arent disconnecting, i can play unreal tournament for hours on end without any disconnects...
    never had this problem b4, any ideas?
