Sorry if this has been asked a million times, i had a search on the site but couldn't find what i was looking for. I want to know what exactly are the benefit of a paid subscription. Access to sex and sexuality/soccer forum? Anything else?

What he said. Also i'm fairly certain that you don't get access to the soccer forums automatically after subscribing. You still have to request access as standard.

EDIT - Yep, just checked can't post there as I never requested access.

I recently subscribed for someone else by them posting me a bank draft and I paid on their behalf via paypal.

Sounds like your typical bank draft scam to me. I'd steer well clear of this 6th character.

If you can prove you're over 18 years of age you can get access to the Sex and sexuality forum* and if you can prove you're not a twat you can get access to the soccer forum.

* Really up to the mods to decide this on a case by case bases.

I've never heard that before. Can a relevant mod pm me if it's true? Being 20, I feel I should be able to prove I'm over 18.

I was planning on subscribing to Boards over the summer, but spending 9 weeks of that time without internet access meant there was no point. I'll hopefully get it sorted out before Christmas.

Are you a subscriber? If so, go you your CP. On the left hand side, under Networking, click on Group Memberships. From there you can select the subscribers group and get your lovely red stars.
