I've installed the latest version of PC Suite (7.0.8.2), Nemesis Service to change the product code if required, and version 1.4.56 of the Nokia Software Updater, but can't get the latter to identify the phone. It comes back with something like "Unable to identify device" The product…

Hi all,

Anyone know if it's possible? The product code for the Vodafone branded E61i is 0549004 if that's helpful.

I've also connected an sim free, unbranded E61i and get the same results....

Any ideas?/
