Family Hotel in Galway?

    We're heading back to Galway for a week with the wife and 3 kids(10,8,6). I don't want to stay with family as it gets too crowded. We stayed at the Quality Hotel in Oranmore the last time but I wasnt happy with the service.

    Any hotel recommendations in or around the city for a family such as us? Preferably with a swimming pool?

    Ardilaun springs to mind immediately; it seems like a family hotel

    Radisson;

    Theres also the Meyrick but I would imagine thats ridiculously expensive.

    Also Galway bay hotel, tho personally I hate the place.

    The Clayton is actually nice to stay in too and their leisure centre is lovely!!

    And of course Days as was mentioned earlier!!
