I am also looking for some advice on the bar trade.
There is a pub in my local are and is not doing very well but only because of the people that are running it. I see massive potential in this pub and would love to rent it for a few years.

I would just like to know what would be the rental cost of a country pub for the month?
Also how much would it cost to fully stock the pub?
Also how much would insurance be for the month?
Would i get away with 20k to have the pub up and running?

I have some great ideas to attract the local crowd back to the pub as i know alot of people in the area and what they are interested in.
I have no problem with hard work and long hours and would not have to worry about staff wages for the first month as my family are willing to help me out.
