    All

Can someone confirm if the "Touristenfahrten" events on the following calendar

    http://www.nuerburgring.de/events.286.0.html

are effectively when the Ring is open to the public? Also, if so, what are the chances that something could cause this to change (ie) you plan your trip only to arrive and there is some other event on the track?

    Cheers

Touristenfahrten does mean open to the public, times can change though,we were there last month and the public times were 7-9 in the evening,it opened a good hour earlier each day and on one day it was closed again by 7.30 due to a crash.

    Cheers folks

Yeah I read your review Tossy ( at least I think it was yours - I'm on dial -up and it would take me about 15mins to search). Did you stay in a hotel overlooking the track? If so, what was the name of it?

I'm trying to organise a long weekend over (drive via UK) but looks like only November suits.
