Eyesight Report Needed?

    Just a quick question, my 1 year learner pemit is out of date, in order to apply for a new one, do I need another eyesight report? (obviously I'm short sighted)

    Considering, that I would have submitted one for my previous permit?

    If it is only valid for 1 year, it must be your 3rd or subsequent Learner Permit. Presumably you know that to apply for another you must provide evidence of having done a test or have applied for a test.

    No - it's only required for a first application (within the same category).

    then i applied for my 3rd provisional, the licence people sent my application back to me stating i needed a new eye test cert but that was probably to do with my age.

    so, i would say just send everything off and if they want one they will send your applicant back to you
