I am Spurs 10000% and we won today ...hmmm...I have an 8 year old man utd fan....how could you argue he should support Spurs?

Anyway.....Played football woth spurs supporters club in Ballyolsterovery christmas and thought spurs fans woudl be into this..

I am organising a 24 hour football match in aid of the Dublin Simon Community and we are looking for anybody who might be interested (or mad enough!) in playing or donating.

Before you say anything - nobody is going to be asked to play 24 hours of football non-stop!

We're looking to get as many players as we can (hopefully somewhere between 70 and 100) so we can all do shifts (1 or 2 hours on and then a break of a few hours and then back on again) to get us to the 24 hour mark. As you can see we really need as much help as possible!

The match is on Saturday 18th/Sunday 19th October. It'll be 5 or 6 a side on astro and its being held at Leixlip United's ground. There's an apres match party for all players and supporters afterwards from 6pm in The Leixlip House Hotel with free food and drink.

If anybody is interested or just wants more information ring Dave on 086 8522640.

Many thanks in advance for your support,

    David (Spurs)

Would love to be able to play on the day, but it's a bad weekend for me as I'm working Saturday morning and night, then I've Stoke away the next day.

I'll sticky the thread, and donate a few quid when I get back from the US.

    Best of luck.
