Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rent relief for 'housemate'

    Hi all,

quick rent relief question - I've been renting my house and paying rent to the landlord, also claiming rent relief. My fiancee moved in with me three years ago, and pays his share into my account, and hasn't claimed rent relief.

He now wants to claim rent relief - can he still do that even though he's not paying his rent directly to the landlord? Does that make a difference - as in, does revenue care? Would he still be entitled to rent relief?

Couldn't find the information on revenue.ie and don't particularly want to ring them...

    Cheers
    galah
