My X is going to court tomorrow to try to dispense with my consent in the issue of a Passport for my 6yo DD, She wants to take the child to Mauritius to meet her fiancee's family but I'm worried that she may do a runner. what are her chances of getting the passport and/or what measures can I take to ensure her return if…

I agree with Thaedydal, get legal advice, however if she does get the order from the Court or you decide to consent to the issue of a Passport and she should do a runner then the Act below applies.
