    Hey, this has probably cropped up before but I need a set of speakers for my laptop. I like jazz and stuff so sound quality would be pretty important, though I don't wanna go overboard, maybe 50-70e. Any recommendations?

    A couple of models by Altec Lansing would be worth a look. I've found them to be quite good.

    the best portable speaker system I have heard in a long time is FOXL VERY PORTABLE. with bluetooth also but its outside your budget.
    Try a few websites, komplet , acoustic dimension , pc dock,
