can anybody tell me what non adjacent rate is? Got a lettter from vec awarding me 100% non adjacent rate plus top up of x euro. can anyone explain plz Thanks!

There's adjacent and non-adjacent. Adjacent is if you're living within 24km of your college, non-adjacent is if you're a mature student (who gets this if they're qualified) or else if you're outside 24km from your college. So you get a whole lot more if you're non-adjacent.
