Where could fix this?

    As you can see on the attached image that my speedo starts well below 0 kph; So by the time you are going at about 40k it is only reading as 0;

    Anyone know of any places that could fix this? 'tis a strange one; It is as if the needle was taken out for the meter to rest on?

    FYI: 00 VW Polo Saloon

    Looks like a clock problem. I had a customer with this problem on a Transit and the clock could be removed and the face taken off. The little pin that the arm rests on had fallen out. In his case, the clock could be stripped down and the pin was rolling around inside, I could just relocate it where it should be and that sorted that.

    I doubt though that the clock can be stripped down in your case. You also might have to get it reprogrammed after installing a new one.
