Hinges for patio french doors?

I'm wondering are their any hinges you can get for patio french doors that allow you you fold them out flat against the exterior wall.

Looks good. How do I work out will it clear the architrave?

Ok I was never very good at explaining things but I'll give it a go.

If you look at the hinge you'll see where the edge of the door should be in relation the hinge so when you open the hinge up you see a curved section that is the distance from door to frame.

The curved section should be clear of architrave unless you have huge architrave.

I've got to clear 70 mm so I think I'm looking for a hinge with inside clearance of over that. Theres some there with 75 mm.
