    Dropping the hang clean and presses altogether, my form is not up to scratch and Id say Id need proper coaching for a couple of months to nail it. Hopefully my shoulders will feel a bit better now without them and I can up the weight on the dips as shoulder pain at the bottom of a rep is what was holding me back on them.

    Im about 82kg now, Im not trying to put on any weight at the moment, want to get my numbers up first then Ill probably go for another stone.

    Yes definitely, but I think I will be able to bring the numbers up a good bit at my current weight and I dont want to put on another stone and see guys on this forum and others who are lighter than me putting up way bigger numbers. :) Id like to be benching BW and squatting x 1.5 BW for a few reps before I put on anymore weight.

    The bar slipped a bit around the 7th rep of the squats and it broke my stride making them tougher than I expected they would be. Form was good though, back straight and hit parallel on 90% of reps. I think Im gonna have to switch things up a bit though, today was alot harder than the last day, Im gonna stall next week for sure at 90x20 so instead I think I'll switch to 90x3x10 and try to take it to 110 before going back to the 20 reps.
