I own most of those albums, but the only one I'd throw out of the list is Parklife. I think it's not aged the best.

Wait! I never noticed Frussia in your list! They're one of my favourite bands ever. Can I recommend first that you get some of the singles from their first album. There are some absolutely ace b-sides such as Napoleon 111rd's remix of Eighteen, 65daysofstatic remixing Eleven and their own song Four. All absolute choons.

You like the Mars Volta and Frussia so straight away can I ask you to look into the all mighty At The Drive-In. Most of the members of the Mars Volta were in ATDI and Frussia would cite them as one of their greatest influences. Start with Relationship of Command, although I don't think it's their best.

Also look into This Et Al, for sure. Their album Baby Machine is just ace. They resemble Frussia and Interpol, with a hint of shoegaze in their for good measure.

Other albums I think might be up your street:
The Cooper Temple Clause- See This Through And Leave
    This Town Needs Guns- Animals
    Youthmovies- Good Nature
The Flaming Lips- Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots
The Hold Steady-Boys and Girls In America
Belle and Sebastian- The Boy With The Arab Strap
    Gang of Four- Entertainment
