We bought insurance from reid.2 years ago after nearly a year of trying to get the couch fixed base damaged.Any way a inspector called out in April a recommened a new base.So 5 months on and constant calls to them.They said at last the couch we own is no longer in production so they can not fix it,they said they have to…
