Can somebody advise me on this PC upgrade purchase? - Acer Veriton m464 380€

    Hi,

    I was looking to purchase a new computer - nothing too extreme (no gaming), mostly used as HTPC, possibly with a bit of video editing thrown in here and there.

    I saw this on elara:

    but don't know much about acer desktops quality?
    Is this reliable, and would it be very loud?

    My other option is a Dell Vostro with similar but perhaps slightly lower spec for about 400€.

    If anyone has any advice on my these it would be great - I'm open to other suggestions if you've seen a good deal, but I'm really hoping to keep it sub-400€. Thanks to all,
