The Streaming Issue

I'm a bit confused when it comes to the issue of streaming TV - it is mentioned as being against charters but does this only relate to getting things like film and TV series?

I only mention this because there is a growing trend to stream things such as sport. I myself do this but I don't know whether to respond in a straightforward manner to people who ask, or post links directly or ask for a thread that will detail streaming links in the relevant forums.

Also, Survivor is currently available on a popular internet video service (the latest series, i.e. 2 seasons ahead of where TG4 are) and previous series have been discussed - is it ok to say that you can get them from this service, tell people what to Google or is it for them to figure out (and those of us who have figured it out to discuss what is going on in the thread)

    Thanks...
