whay can't i see any of the pages i want-am i banned and why?!

Hi all i can't access many of the pages that i want to see...and i keep on getting the message about why i'm restricted from viewing the pages-how and when will i be able to access the pages i want to view...soooo frustrating!

What pages are you trying to view? You are currently banned from the motors forum by the way.
