Area around Synotts

Allo all, Just looking at areas in Limerick to move to and one of the places I was looking at is around the Synotts pub area in Annacotty. Any boardsies from that area? Is it decent enough? quiet, no trouble etc? looking forward to hearing from you.

only downside is around 4 o clock the traffic is nuts with the school letting out. and sundays are getting a little busier because of the park, but feck that, WE'VE GOT A PARK! and its awesome. Going working in the area? I moved here 6 months ago, and its been fantastic, some friends are moving into the area soon too. Love it.
