Depends what Clubs & Socs they are offering. The main sport I play isn't on offer to join as the club doesn't exist and there are no facilities in the college.

Will certainly be taking a look around though as to what is available.

Tip: If you ever think you might to like start scuba diving in the future, join the Sub Aqua Club. To learn to scuba dive with a club outside the IT (CMAS) will cost you hundreds - it's free with the Sub Aqua club in the IT thanks to the volunteers

The Tai Chi society sounds great, would like to do that. Just went scuba diving in Crete last week and it was out of this world. They are another huge possibility. Anybody go for the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). There is also amazingly a Wine Tasting Society.

Next week will be the last change to join up with the Sub Aqua Club. Meet every Thursday at 8PM in D1027

The reason you can't join up any time during the year is that a CFT Syllibus is followed ie. swim / snorkel / bottle tests etc. - Swim tests were supposed to finish this week but a final week for late comters is usually given
