Not 100% sure of the times, open until 4 weekdays and lunchtime on the weekend. This is for car access only though.

To the right of the main gate they have a pedestrian gate that is always open.

You can park on the avenue and just walk from there, and even the newest part of the cemetery is only a 10 minute walk

is there pedestrian access in the evenings? Or is it locked up after closing?

As far as I know the pedestrian gate is always open.

If, by chance, it is locked you can always access the new part of the cemetary by parking in the main carpark, walking up beside the GAA clubhouse and then it is a small walk across a field to a gate.

The pedestrian gate is a turnstyle type gate and is always open. I wouldn't advise you to try to enter if you have a buggy or a wheelchair or anything like that as the turnstyle gate is really really small and a bit of a squash to get in. HTH!
