So this is my new thing after a summer of rum based cocktails. I've been enjoying €10 bottles of Havana Club in Spain and now my stockpile as run out.

What should I get here in Ireland or is it too expensive. I've been doing some very decent rum and cokes but I feel the rum needs a little more character.

Havana Club. There isn't much of a difference in price when it comes to rum and Havana is the best. Makes a perfect daiquiri and is beautiful in a Mai Tai.

Yeah, Havana is reasonably priced, the 3year old matured one was about €23-24 in O'Briens last time I got it.

Try captain morgans spiced rum too.
