I reckon the Polish grocery specialists are your best bet for this.

    Might not be so easy.
The brand of the honey and the ratio of seasonings are key points for final taste of krupnik.

Spirit infusions can be lovely, as i make them myself when it comes to Chili Vodka. You won't get the exact same taste as the one you’re looking for, but if done well it can be so close its scary.

I just stumbled across 'Infusions' in 'Drink' magazine.

    1. Pour your spirit into a glass container

    2. Add your flavor of choice

    3. Fill any space in the container with more of your spirit to reduce the amount of air in the container (oxygen can cause additional fermentation which could wreak havoc on your mixture, especially when fruits are being used)

    4. Store the liquid in a cool, dark place for as long as it takes, anywhere from a week to a month. Every few days shake the container and test the flavor.

    5. When you are satisfied with the strength, put the mixture through a filter to remove any bits and, if required, add a little sweetener

    6. Return the liquid back into your (now clean) container, seal and age for a month in a cool, dark place.

    7. Pour the liquid back into the original (with a new label telling you what's in it)

    8. Enjoy

Decent honey vodka wouldn't be hard to make if you have quality honey.

If you like your polish vodkas i'd definitely recommend Zubrowka. Its a bison grass vodka which is very smooth to drink straight or goes amazingly well with apple juice.
If you end up with Krupnik and Zubrowka try and make a polish martini:

    1.5 shots Krupnik
    1.5 shots Zubrowka
    2 shots apple juice

    Delicious!
