Lovely fresh morning here - 8.5c, windy.

BTW - October - one of my favorite months. Anything can happen really, sun, wind, rain, hail, snow.

Horrible morning. Cold, heavy showers and windy.

Some sun here this morning though the heavy showers are not too far away. Temp 10.4 but feels colder due to NW wind. Winds have subsided a little having been gusting to over 50mph during the night.

Heavy hailstone showers now. Wind increasing again.

Just had a very heavy shower there. Temp dropped to 7.6c

I wonder will we see the first flakes of snow over the highest mountaintops during this cold spell over the next few days?

Blustery ol' day out there, nice for the 1st of October, very autumnal :)

Just had a light shower, temp of 11.3c.

Lovely clear crisp chilly windy weather. The fire ignited, footie on, kids in bed, other half has left the room and some alcohol about to be consumed. Now what more can you ask for.

I'm not jealous, no not me, I'd far rather be in work overnight.....
Still, it gives me a change to do up the weather league :)

In other news, its chilly outside, current temp 7.8°C

Lovely morning here with no clouds in sight after a windy night last night. The wind was moderate but persistant all through the day and eventually brought in the clouds with a light shower to boot. My daytime max was a mere 12.7c, however after midnight I recorded 13.6c. The low for the day so far is 8.6c, but is currently at 8.7c and falling. Funny thing the weather :D
