    Hi,
I am living in rented accomodation in Cabra and have been getting our bins collected since we moved in.
The landlord never mentioned that we had to pay for our bins ourselves so we never bothered.
2 weeks ago the bin was not collected or last week either.
My GF went out with our brown bin this morning and the guy said that the bills were not being paid and he couldnt take it.
We are stuck with a full black bin, full green bin and full brown bin complete with maggots and flies everywhere.
I am really concerned about this as we have a 1 yr old at home and the front of the house is disgusting.
I am willing to pay our share of the collection bill but I know the landlord will not pay his (as I found out by opening a bill that it is 1200 euro)
The landlord live in England and has his niece looking after the place.
We have to fight for everything in the house that needs fixing.
Anyway back on topic is there any other company that will collect the waste and we can pay per week or month or something.
I rang panda.ie and they have to get back to me as they are not sure if they collect from Cabra or not.
Any suggestions appreciated as I am desperate at this stage.
    Thanks.

find the closest part of town to you that use bin tags (or for that matter, check if you can use bin tags in your neighborhood), go and buy them in the local spar, check when the bin men come and then dump your tagged bins on a street corner that morning.
