Hello,

I've lost my 'Subscriber' status, but I've got a one year recurring sub which isn't up until June of next year.

I signed up for this, and cancelled my old 3 month recurring sub, but I actually had the 3 month sub and the 1 year sub running concurrently, cos I signed up for the one year sub and didn't realise that it didn't automatically cancel off the other one:o. I copped this and cancelled the 3 month sub around the end of June.

Anyhoo, would someone be able to help me out on this? I miss my red stars
