    What is the cheapest/easiest way I can get this?

    I don't want any TV package as I don't watch TV and the cheapest phone package because myself and the bird have mobiles.

    You can get the BB on its' own, you don't have to get a TV package - I think it's something like €6 extra a month that way. Yep - €46 without the TV, €40 if you have a TV package with them:
