Nearest Bus stop to Blackpool

Whenever I go out to blackpool, the bus on the way back(across the way from the one that beings me there) never seems to come. Where is the nearest bus stop from there that gets regular buses?

I'm guessing this is the 5 to the shopping center? If so, the bus stop across isn't the 5, think it's the northside orbital so only once an hour or so. The 5 back to town is from behind the garage nearby.
