package not delivered

Hi
On the 10th sept i ordered some stuff from an online irish site,
A week later i had not heard a word back so i emailed them on the 16th
asking can they confirm the order was placed, still no reply from them.
I wasnt too pissed at this stage becuase my credit card has not been charged. so on the 22nd i just placed another order, two days later
i recieved this order, but when i checked my credit card i saw they
had chagred me for both orders even though i never recived the first one,

I emailed them again and told them i had been charged but had not recieved anything, but still there is no reply from them. I also tried ringing the phone number on thier site but no-one answers that as well.

im not sure how to get my money back at this stage seeing as i cant
contact them, can i ring the cc company and ask them to chargeback?
any help?

Definitely call your creit card company and ask for a chargeback. I would send a registered letter to them with the info you've put down here and ask them to sort it out immediately.

thanks, Yeah i have dealt with this site on about 10 ocassions before
and did not have any problems, usually the stuff is shipped the same
day and credit card charged a day or two later at the max,
Even if they send the package and it got lost in the post or something
It unusal that it took two weeks before they charged my credit card. Its a pity i just cant contact them to sort it out.

i beleive there a max limit of 60 days or something to issue a chargeback,
is that correct?

My credit card compay usually have a 30 day limit.
