    Anyone else use the Eircom webtext facility ?

    Our company was using Meteor but as you may know the business customers are now moved to Eircom.

    The new webtext facility is pure muck - it was only introduced about a month ago.

    It's dog slow & regularly crashes (with coldfusion errors). You must select your contacts BEFORE typing your text, if you type the text first and then select your contacts your text disappears.

    The phonebook is in some random order - and you can't sort it by contact name.

    And, yes, I have emailed them - but haven't heard anything back.

    just ranting !
