Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Modem or Router/modem needed

    My Zyxel 660RU modem is driving me mad, after 30mins of surfin the net it stops working, it gets ridiculously hot and has been like this for ages,
    Its out of warranty so I'm lookin to get a new modem (not a zyxel)
    I already have a good old reliable Linksys WRT54G router so I only need a modem. However, after looking on Kompett.ie I noticed that a lot of the router/modem combo units are cheaper than just a modem.
    Whys this?
    Oh yeh and could someone reccommend me a modem which would do the job wit my WRT54G pls? Preferably off komplett cause I'm buyin somethin off their site anyway

    PC world don't stock a single ADSL modem! (only router/modem combos) what a shower of jokers. Bought a Netgear DG834gt router/modem combo cause I had no other choice.
    Anyone wanna buy a linksys WRT54G?

    you are not allowed to advertise on boards, you need to put it in adverts.ie
