    I was the same. My girlfriends gone home to Sweden for 2 months. Was a bit surreal being alone cos' I come from a big family. i just went home on the spur of the moment, just brought my toothbrush. that was probably worse though. Don't really know where I am going with this...Maybe if you want to feel better about living alone you should come stay with my family for a while. probably better if you wait til I am gone cos the sofa is taken at the moment.

    used to be like that then started breathing exercises , felt much calmer and enjoyed the time alone -

    or why dont you bring some exercise into your life , buy nintendo wii and go a few rounds with the boxing game . works quite a sweat

    I'm in the same situation, I'm 25 living with my 4 year old girl. she's in bed at 7 every night so I can't even leave the house. Sometimes it's crap but other times I love being on my own. Try inviting friends and family to visit, maybe they don't realise how your feeling. Or you could always just entertain all the stalkers on this page and have a laugh!
