Anyone heard of any decent merchandise producers (t-shirts mainly initially), where you don't need to buy in bulk? You send them your design and if an order is put through they produce the good, they run the transaction and you get your cut.

It's a pretty nice set-up obviously and not too common, though I've heard of a few who do it but haven't unearthed any concrete results.
