    Sin City actress Rosario Dawson has helped write a mini-musical to encourage Latinos to vote in the presidential election in November. Rosario’s friend Wilmer Valderrama will direct the comic internet flick, the fourth that the actress has appeared in as part of her Voto Latino initiative. "We play a Latin family on a fake TV show and we all speak with Spanish accents and, like, the big major drama is, He's not registered to vote,” the star said.
