It is a joy to read threads by those who love animals and care for and about them so much.

We have seen so many bad things here in Ireland and have intervened when we can, and sometimes it gets hard to know how critters are treated.

I may not be here much after the next few days, but am reading back thread with much laughter and pleasure.

At one time - and we have a book out of these tales - I took in every stray that came my way... sheep dumped, a hen with no toes etc. Now I am limited to two dogs and the second one was not planned - and two cats.

As they say in Ireland, God reward all who care about and for all.
