Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A group of Germans who have set up a supporters club to Irish football have launched a website and forum, in german, dedicated to Irish football.

They also have an online magazine in German but are thinking of producing a version for English language fans.

They have a full survey, to be featured in next month's magazine, here:
    http://voycer.de/umfrage/?sid=57315

Please take a few minutes to do the survey if you are a fan of the LOI

If I may get in before the obligatory "look at that, Germans more into our league than the leprachan dressed green haired croker goons" post...

Do you think that somewhere on boards.de there is a "Club or country" thread where fans of Bundesliga tier II moan about Germans being concerned with the Irish domestic league to the extent they set up a site about it?

Or boards.it where Serie B fans rant about goons from Milan in blue jerseys and wigs chanting da da daa da daaaaddd daaaa to the seven nation army sound?

Just a thought before the inevitable post :)

Why Bundesliga II and Serie B, they're not the top levels of football in their respective countries? :pac:

Well done everyone for signing the petition. If there are any other LOI fans out there then maybe you guys will sign it too. It will be interesting to see the results on what fans think. :)

I filled it out. Its nice to see people in europe taking an interest in the LOI.

Cork City have an italian supporters club made up of bologna fans who decided to support cork city as well .they attend some of the games as well and have an italian flag with the bologna and cork city crests.. so the leagues reputation in europe must be growing.

its nice to see but its a shame so many people in our own country take every chance they get to slag off the league.

    Done.
It is really encouraging to see people interested in the LOI.
I've been trying to convert some German/Brazillian mates of mine to support Shels, hoping to bring a few along to a match someday!
