Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a Canon HV20 MiniDV Camcorder and when i connect via firewire it seems to pick it up (found hardware bubbles in XP) but when i go to My Computer to see the device its not there.

I check device manager and IEEE 1394 Bus host controllers are working fine.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Go to Administrative tools> Computer Management > Disk Management. Is it showing in there?

No, just my C: and DVD drive. Although it does know that its a Canon device, in the bubbles down on the bottom right.
