Problems forwarding calls

I have problems diverting calls to another number. I try the option in the phone, call settings and call divert but it says function not supported. Have tried four different phones. Any suggestions?

Sometimes there is a setting on your account that will prevent you from doing this on your handset. If you have tried everything and it's still not working then call your network operator and they will set them up for you.

if you're on o2 pre pay you can only divert to voicemail

What Vimes said otherwise tell us Network you're on and what sorta number you're trying to forward too.
